About

What FloridaArch is

An independent request service for Florida projects that need an architect's drawings, a sealed set, or a straight answer about the permit path.

What we do

One request, the right scope

FloridaArch takes a project description and puts it in front of architecture practices that work in that part of the state.

We do not design, seal or review anything ourselves, and we do not rank or endorse the architects who respond. What we do is make the first step concrete: what documents the job needs and what they are likely to cost.

What this site is not

It is not a government service and not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your own project.

Professional registration is public record in Florida. Check it directly with the state before you engage anyone.

Questions

Common questions

Are the drawings sealed?

Where a sealed set is required, the work is prepared and sealed by a Florida architect who signs them, and that signature is what the reviewing office relies on.

How do I check a Florida architect's registration?

Professional registration is a matter of public record in Florida. Check it directly with the state before you engage anyone.
