Step 1
Describe the project
The address or city, what you are building or changing, and roughly how big it is. A sentence is enough to start.
How it works
Four steps, and you only have to do the first one.
Steps
Step 1
The address or city, what you are building or changing, and roughly how big it is. A sentence is enough to start.
Step 2
You get back what the work actually requires: which drawings, whether anything needs sealing, and what the reviewing office will ask for.
Step 3
Not a range. The number follows the scope, the size and the number of review rounds expected.
Step 4
The drawing set is prepared for submission. Where the reviewing office requires a sealed set, it is signed and sealed by the professional responsible for it.

Questions
Where a sealed set is required, the work is prepared and sealed by a Florida architect who signs them, and that signature is what the reviewing office relies on.
Professional registration is a matter of public record in Florida. Check it directly with the state before you engage anyone.
Send the project details once and you will get the scope, the drawings it needs and a price.
