Privacy policy

When you send a quote request we store the name, the email address or phone number, the project description and the service and location you came from.

We also store a salted hash of the connecting IP address. That hash is used only to rate-limit abuse and to suppress accidental duplicate submissions. The raw IP address is never stored.

A request that was emailed onward is deleted after 30 days.

A request that was never successfully emailed is the only copy, so it is kept for 180 days before deletion.

Deletion removes the row, and with it the IP hash, so the abuse-control memory is bounded by the same windows.

Recorded page activity is deleted after 400 days.

The request is passed to a Florida architecture practice so it can answer it. It is not sold, rented or shared for advertising.

Site activity is counted by this site itself. There is no third-party analytics script, no advertising pixel, no cookie and no persistent visitor identifier. Page activity is recorded as the page path, the name of the interaction and the service and location slugs involved -- nothing that identifies you.

Only the page path, the name of the interaction, the service and location slugs involved and a short label are recorded. Email addresses typed into a field are stripped before anything is stored.
