Oven
An oven is an enclosed appliance for baking or roasting, in a commercial kitchen or a residence. In the records we hold the term covers the appliance, its connection to gas or power, and the ventilation or hood above it.

About Oven
A kitchen plan locates the oven, its clearance to combustible surfaces, and the hood or exhaust that serves the cooking line. Scope is driven by whether the appliance is swapped in place or the line is reconfigured, since a change of fuel or capacity affects the supply and the exhaust. Oven records commonly appear with range, hood and kitchen remodel headings.
FLORIDA PERMIT DATA
In the records
"oven" appears in 1,036 matching permits in the Florida records we analyzed.
A permit can match more than one term, so these counts are not additive and adding two of them together overstates the total.
