About Sod Installation
A site plan shows the areas to be covered, the grading and drainage, and the irrigation that will keep the turf alive. Scope is driven by the area and by whether the ground is being prepared for the first time or the surface is being replaced. Sod installation records commonly appear with landscape planting, irrigation system and drainage headings.
FLORIDA PERMIT DATA
In the records
"sod installation" appears in 605 matching permits in the Florida records we analyzed.
A permit can match more than one term, so these counts are not additive and adding two of them together overstates the total.
