About Patio
The drawing shows the patio outline, the surface material, the slope away from the building and any footings for a cover or screen above. Scope is driven by the area being paved and by whether the patio is open, covered or screened. Patio cover, screen enclosure and slab are common companion headings on the same record.
FLORIDA PERMIT DATA
In the records
"patio" appears in 15,617 matching permits in the Florida records we analyzed.
A permit can match more than one term, so these counts are not additive and adding two of them together overstates the total.
